Complaints Procedure: We pride ourselves on our high standards, but sometimes things do go wrong - when they do please tell us. If you are unhappy with the services or products supplied to you, first discuss the matter with the member of staff who dealt with you. If you are still unhappy ask to speak to the pharmacist-in-charge. If this still does not resolve the matter, please contact our general manager.

Contract: No contract will exist between you and Weedle Pharmacy for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until Weedle Pharmacy accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Weedle Pharmacy sends the e-mail to you, whether or not you receive that e-mail.
