Medicines: a guide for everybody

This is an unique guide to medicines written in plain english to help you to find out more information about any medicines you are taking. The chapter format of the original book is maintained for easy reference. The original book was written by Peter Parish and the content is now maintained by Peter Weedle and the team of pharmacists at Weedle Pharmacy.

The Authors

Peter Parish is a Professor Emeritus of the University of Wales. He has had a distinguished career as a professor and physician and is recognized nationally and internationally for his valuable contributions to our knowledge and understanding of the prescribing and use of drugs.  

Peter Weedle is a community pharmacist in Cork, Ireland. He is an adjunct Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the School of Pharmacy, University College Cork. He worked with Professor Parish as a research associate in the University of Wales and has contributed to Medicines: A Guide for Everybody over the past two decades.
